Saturday, after spending the day on the river, we picked up the kiddos, took showers & went to church. After church, we took Alex to Barro's Pizza in Litchfield Park. It is our favorite pizza place in Arizona. The sausage pizza is amazing...
Once again, Alex treated. He is livin' the dream in Kansas City. The internship that he landed is a pretty sweet gig. His boss paid for his ticket out to Phoenix.
On Sunday, we slept in until 10am. (A miracle.) Then we went over to our friends' house to swim & hang out with them. Jon & I and the kiddos drove Alex to the airport around 5. So sad to see him go. :( But what an amazing weekend.
It is great to see my brother all grown up. He has matured so much & has turned into such a nice man to be around. Alex--if you are reading this--we LOVE you & miss you.
