My friend, Meredith, had her baby around 2:30 this morning! She & her husband were planning on a home birth, but Baby Keegan came before the Midwife could even get there.
Thankfully, Todd & Meredith are rockstars & they delivered their 8lb 10oz baby with no problem all by themselves.
We got to meet the "little peanut" (as Trey says) tonight. She has dark curly hair. Too cute. It will be fun to get to know this little life.
I love hearing "birth" stories. If you want to leave a comment about YOUR labor & delivery, please do! It will be fun & inspirational to read. I think giving birth & telling about it is similar to telling a war story. It is a tale of survival & strength.
Women seriously rock.
