Friday Family Night at the Diamondbacks Game

We had a busy, but fun weekend. On Friday night, we went to the Diamondbacks game with Troy, Alison & Connor. It was Family Night which meant, we got tickets for $15 a piece. PLUS, a free hot dog & soda AND Phoenix Zoo tickets. Pretty good deal, huh? All of us adults were really excited until we had to trek 6 miles to our seats. We were sooo high up. It was pretty funny.
The Diamondbacks were playing the Dodgers, which I guess is a big rivalry. (I don't know...I am from the Midwest.) Anyway, the seats that we had were in the middle of all these Dodgers fans. (Maybe that was the reason the tickets came with so many other perks.)
The game went into extra innings. The Dodgers won. Boo. But, there were fireworks afterward. Both Trey & London had never seen fireworks before. (What kind of parents are we??) We didn't get in bed until after midnight. The littles did sleep in until 9am on Saturday!
