Grady - 3 days old

Grady & I did not leave the house on Day 3. I just want to be in bed!!! I think having the other 2 running around screaming and playing wears me out. I am not even the one dealing with them...my mom is!! (She is a rockstar.) She took the kids out in the evening to grocery shop. It was so nice to have a little quiet.

I am so sad that my mom is leaving this weekend. I started getting a little weepy yesterday thinking about it. I hate that we live so far away from my family. Last summer, the kids & I went to Indiana for a few weeks. It was so nice just to be there and hang out with my parents, brothers, sister-in-law and extended family. Next summer, we are DEFINITELY going to do that again.

I am so grateful to have the support system that I do and a father who lets his wife spend a month with me!! I am so blessed.
